Exhibit Hall Schedule
- Load-in: Wednesday, January 21 – 1:00 pm – 7:30 pm and Thursday, January 22 – 7:30 am – 10:30 am.
- Show Hours: Thursday, January 22 – 10:30 am – 5:30 pm and Friday, January 23 – 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Booths must remain open until 5:00 pm on Friday.
- Load-out: Friday 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Exhibit Booth Information
Standard booths (labeled 1 – 68) are 10’ x 10’ and include an 8’ high background drapery and 3’ high side divider drapery, one (1) company I.D. sign, one (1) 6’skirted table, two (2) chairs, and one (1) wastebasket with liner. Two (2) booth personnel/badges are included. $400 per booth.
Large Peninsula Booth (labeled A-E) – 20′ x 20′ large booth with exposure on three sides including an 8 ft high background drapery, one (1) company I.D. sign, four (4) skirted 6 ft tables and eight chairs, two (2) wastebaskets with liners. Eight (8) booth personnel/badges included. $1,650.00 per booth.
Exhibitor Sponsorship Opportunities
President’s Reception – Friday night after the concerts. Cocktail reception with hors d’oeuvres and entertainment. Sponsors will be promoted every time the President’s Reception is mentioned – on our website, social media, email newsletters, the conference program book, conference app (scrolling each time the app is opened), and easel signs prominently displayed at the conference. Limit of six (6) sponsors – $500.
Conference App – Put your logo and link front and center every time an attendee opens the conference app. The main app page banner will alternate between the three sponsors. Limit of three (3) sponsors – $600.
