Exhibit Hall Schedule
- Load-in: Wednesday, January 20 – 1:00 pm – 7:30 pm and Thursday, January 21 – 7:30 am – 10:30 am.
- Show Hours: Thursday, January 21 – 10:30 am – 5:30 pm and Friday, January 22 – 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Booths must remain open until 5:00 pm on Friday.
- Load-out: Friday 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Exhibit Booth Information
Standard booths (labeled 1 – 68) are 10’ x 10’ and include an 8’ high background drapery and 3’ high side divider drapery, one (1) company I.D. sign, one (1) 6’skirted table, two (2) chairs, and one (1) wastebasket with liner. Two (2) booth personnel/badges are included. $400 per booth.
Large Peninsula Booth (labeled A-E) – 20′ x 20′ large booth with exposure on three sides including an 8 ft high background drapery, one (1) company I.D. sign, four (4) skirted 6 ft tables and eight chairs, two (2) wastebaskets with liners. Eight (8) booth personnel/badges included. $1,650.00 per booth.
Exhibitor Sponsorship Opportunities
