Exhibit Hall Schedule

  • Load-in: Wednesday, January 22 – 1:00 pm – 7:30 pm and Thursday, January 23 – 7:30 am – 10:30 am.
  • Show Hours: Thursday, January 23 – 10:30 am – 5:30 pm and Friday, January 24 – 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Booths must remain open until 5:00 pm on Friday. 
  • Load-out: Friday 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Exhibit Booth Information

Standard booths (labeled 1 – 68) are 10’ x 8’ and include an 8’ high background drapery and 3’ high side divider drapery, one (1) company I.D. sign, one (1) 6’skirted table, two (2) chairs, and one (1) wastebasket with liner. Two (2) booth personnel/badges are included. $360 per booth.

Exhibitor Sponsorship Opportunities

Exhibit Hall Reception – AMEA will host an exhibitor’s cocktail reception in the exhibit hall with a coupon/cash bar and hors d’oeuvres Thursday from 4:30 – 5:30 p.m.  No other conference activities will be going on during this time. We will promote our sponsors in the conference app, conference program book, social media, and signage placed around different areas of the venue.  Limit of six (6) sponsors – $500.

Conference App – Put your logo and link front and center every time an attendee opens the conference app.  The main app page banner will alternate between the three sponsors.  Limit of three (3) sponsors – $600.
