As the Registrar for AMEA, it is my pleasure to serve you by making sure the records of your membership in NAfME are noted, the funds you pay are accurate, the badges are printed, the ribbons are attached, the workers to help with registration are present, and you are able to get through the registration process quickly. I will do all I can to make sure that you are able to breeze through the registration line. You can help by doing your part ahead of the conference. Begin by going to AMEA 2027 Conference Registration, and follow the process laid out on our website. Start by joining or renewing your NAfME membership. This is a requirement for attending the conference unless plan to pay the non-member fee, which is significantly higher. Next, you may register online by filling out the conference registration form and paying by PayPal or check. Finally, you may secure your hotel accommodation. If you are in a school system that is paying for a group of attendees, please work with your central office to coordinate the pre-registration and payment process by the December 1, 2026 group registration deadline. Each attendee is required to fill out their own form. This deadline is earlier than the individual pre-registration deadline of January 10, 2027, so make sure to get it completed so we may process the group.
